Viral RNA & DNA Extraction Kit is designed for rapid purification of viral DNA/RNA from a variety of samples, including serum, plasma, whole blood, tissue, swabs, urine, feces, blister fluid, semen, saliva, environmental samples, feed samples, etc. After the processed sample is added to the cracking solution, the mixture is moved to the adsorption column, and then the virus DNA/RNA can be separated by washing and eluing.
Spin columns and all buffers should be stored dry, at room temperature (15~25°C) and are stable for 1 year under these conditions.
The nucleic acid extracted by this kit can be used for experiments such as fluorescent PCR, Northern Blot, CDNA Library Construction.
